Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic AGM - OEM Marketing professional to lead strategic marketing and business development efforts for 2-wheeler (2W), 4-wheeler (4W), and Deep Integration Program (DIP) segments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling OEM clients, driving marketing initiatives, and working closely with R&D, product management, and sales to deliver customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	
Lead OEM marketing strategy for 2W, 4W, and DIP segments.
 - 
	
Manage relationships with key OEM clients and develop account-specific growth strategies.
 - 
	
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Development, and Sales for new product introductions and market expansion.
 - 
	
Drive end-to-end OEM program lifecycle: concept, pitch, product development coordination, and launch.
 - 
	
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
 - 
	
Identify new OEM opportunities and generate business through strategic partnerships.
 - 
	
Conduct competitive analysis, market trend identification, and customer insights to support business growth.
 - 
	
Handle customer negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term agreements.
 - 
	
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and OEM reviews.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
- 
	
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing; MBA preferred.
 - 
	
18–20 years of experience in OEM/B2B marketing in the automotive sector (2W/4W focus).
 - 
	
Proven track record of handling large OEM accounts and achieving sales/marketing KPIs.
 - 
	
Strong knowledge of the automotive ecosystem and value chain.
 - 
	
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
 - 
	
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
