Assistant Manager – Sales (Wire Harness)
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 4–10 Years
Industry: Automotive Components / Wire Harness Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	
Develop and manage sales strategies for wire harness products in the automotive/industrial segment.
 - 
	
Handle OEM and Tier-1 customer accounts, ensuring strong relationship management.
 - 
	
Achieve sales targets through effective business development and account growth.
 - 
	
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and cost negotiations.
 - 
	
Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to meet customer requirements.
 - 
	
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
 - 
	
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
 
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 
	
Proven experience in sales of wire harness products in the automotive sector.
 - 
	
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
 - 
	
Good understanding of pricing, costing, and technical specifications.
 - 
	
Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
 - 
	
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
 - 
	
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 
Education:
- 
	
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
 - 
	
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
