Civil Engineer - PEB(BMC Job 396)

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to manage and execute civil and structural works at industrial/commercial project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, coordination with structural and fabrication teams, and understanding of PEB structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee PEB structure erection and civil site execution (foundation, flooring, and external development work).

• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and erection teams for timely project delivery.

• Supervise contractors and ensure quality control at every stage.

• Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, and civil work progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for site-related activities.

• Monitor material planning, resource allocation, and cost control.

• Address on-site technical issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 4–6 years of experience in PEB and industrial/commercial construction projects

• Sound knowledge of civil engineering practices and PEB structure handling

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil estimation

• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
