Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory requirements.
 - 
Drafting, filing, and maintaining statutory records, registers, and returns (ROC filings, MCA portal work).
 - 
Assist in preparation of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings (drafting notices, agendas, minutes).
 - 
Support in handling corporate governance, secretarial audits, and annual filings.
 - 
Maintain and update company policies, resolutions, and compliance calendars.
 - 
Liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
 - 
Assist in drafting agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
 - 
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with RBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws (if required).
 
Key Requirements:
- 
Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS Executive passed).
 - 
2–5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
 - 
Good knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance practices.
 - 
Proficiency in MCA portal, e-filing, and MS Office.
 - 
Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
 - 
Ability to work independently and meet compliance timelines.
