Divisional Engineering Head – Forging

Experience Required: 13–55 years
Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹11–12 LPA (CTC)


Role Overview

Lead and oversee all forging-related operations and engineering initiatives within the division. As a strategic technical leader, you will ensure efficient production, quality assurance, and process optimization in alignment with organizational goals. Proficiency in specialized software like AutoCAD, NX, and SolidWorks is a high-value technical leadership position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
    Oversee forging operations—including ESR, hot forging, and related manufacturing processes—from raw material intake to product dispatch. Ensure production efficiency, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness iimjobs.com+1.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering (Advanced degree preferred)

  • Industry Experience: 13 to 55 years of progressive experience in forging/manufacturing engineering, including leadership roles

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficient in forging technologies (ESR, hot forging, impression die)

    • Tooling, fixture, and jig design expertise

    • Hands-on with forging equipment operations and maintenance
