Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter with expertise in profile data searching and client management using Application Tracking Systems (ATS). The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and utilizing ATS to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles across the organization.
Utilize ATS to manage the recruitment process, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate profiles.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate assessments.
Develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with the company culture.
Manage candidate feedback and communicate regularly with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with expertise in profile data searching and client management using ATS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as current recruitment trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS software, and other relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
