Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    • Identify and generate qualified leads for recruitment and staffing services via online channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.)

    • Build and manage targeted prospect databases (CXOs, HR heads, talent acquisition managers)

    • Run drip campaigns and email sequences to nurture leads

    • Schedule discovery calls and demos for business development team

  • Digital Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across social media (especially LinkedIn) and email platforms

    • Optimize paid campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn Ads) for high ROI

    • Monitor conversion metrics and refine campaigns accordingly

  • Content & Engagement:

    • Coordinate with content writers to design lead magnets (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies)

    • Create engaging posts and messages to attract HR decision-makers

    • Run A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track campaign KPIs – leads generated, CPL (cost per lead), conversion rate, email open & reply rates

    • Present weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Key Skills:

  • B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email campaigns

  • CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent)

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or other lead tools

  • Good understanding of the recruitment or staffing industry

  • Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging skills

  • Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and conversions
