Job Summary: The Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a crucial role in driving the HR strategy across multiple plants and the national sales team. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, focusing on people development, succession planning, and effective HRIS management. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for implementing HR solutions that support the growth and development of the workforce, ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with plant managers and sales leaders to understand business challenges and develop HR solutions that align with business goals.
- Ensure consistent HR practices across multiple plants and the national sales team.
- People Development:
- Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
- Identify training needs and work with the Learning & Development team to deliver relevant programs that support employee growth.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Succession Planning:
- Develop and manage succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity and the readiness of future leaders.
- Work with senior leaders to identify key roles and high-potential employees, creating development plans to prepare them for future positions.
- Monitor and update succession plans regularly to reflect organizational changes and business needs.
- HRIS Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement system enhancements and ensure user adoption across the organization.
- Utilize HRIS data to provide insights and analytics that support strategic decision-making.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all locations.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes teamwork, innovation, and high performance.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address any concerns.
- Compliance and HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all plants and the national sales team.
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Lead efforts to standardize HR processes and practices across the organization.
- Coordination with Senior Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to provide HR insights and contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Participate in leadership meetings and provide HR updates and recommendations on key business decisions.
- Support leaders in driving organizational change and managing transitions effectively.
- Multi-Plant and National Sales Team Support:
- Provide HR support to multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with local needs.
- Partner with the national sales team to address HR challenges unique to sales functions, including performance management, incentives, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure consistent HR service delivery across all locations, adapting strategies as necessary to meet regional requirements.
