About the Role:
We are hiring a Manager - SAP MM/PP (HANA Consulting) to lead and manage a team of 3-4 functional consultants. The candidate will oversee daily SAP operations, handle user queries, and ensure system efficiency in the component manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3-4 SAP functional consultants specializing in MM/PP.
• Address and resolve user issues on a daily basis related to SAP MM/PP.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HANA systems.
• Optimize SAP MM/PP functionalities for procurement, inventory, and production planning.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead system enhancements and process improvements in SAP.
• Train and mentor team members and end-users for effective SAP utilization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/PP consulting, with HANA exposure.
• Proven leadership experience managing functional consultant teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the component manufacturing industry is a plus.
