Head – OEM Marketing
Location: Manesar
Experience: 22–28 Years
Salary Range: Up to ₹60 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	
Lead and manage overall OEM marketing strategy, focusing on business growth and long-term partnerships with automotive OEMs.
 - 
	
Drive customer engagement, account management, and relationship building with key decision-makers at OEM clients.
 - 
	
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate long-term agreements, and secure profitable projects.
 - 
	
Collaborate with R&D, NPD, and operations teams to align product offerings with OEM requirements.
 - 
	
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate and capitalize on opportunities.
 - 
	
Define annual business plans, sales targets, and marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
 - 
	
Guide and mentor the marketing and business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
 - 
	
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and delivering superior service standards.
 
Key Requirements:
- 
	
Proven experience (22–28 years) in OEM Sales & Marketing in the Automotive/Auto Component industry.
 - 
	
Strong network and established relationships with leading OEMs.
 - 
	
Expertise in contract negotiation, business strategy, and key account management.
 - 
	
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale business operations.
 - 
	
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
 - 
	
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
