Operations Head – Auto Plastic
Industry/Domain: Automotive Plastic Components Manufacturing
Experience: 12 – 20 Years
Location: Khushkera (Rajasthan)
Salary Range: ₹17 – 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall plant operations for automotive plastic components manufacturing.

• Oversee production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and manpower management.

• Ensure adherence to production targets, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules.

• Drive process improvements, lean manufacturing, and automation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific quality systems.

• Monitor injection moulding, blow moulding, painting, and assembly operations.

• Handle OEM/Tier-1 customer interactions, audits, and quality escalations.

• Lead budgeting, cost control, and capacity planning for the plant.

• Build and manage a high-performing operations team with effective leadership.

• Implement safety, health, and environmental standards across the plant.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in automotive plastic moulding operations (injection/blow/painted parts).

• Proven experience in plant management, P&L ownership, and operations excellence.

• Deep knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma methodologies.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent customer-facing and team management abilities.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering (preferred).

• MBA/PGDM in Operations/Management will be an added advantage.
