Process MIS Executive

1. Data Collection & Compilation

   • Collect daily data from production, quality, dispatch & SCM departments.

   • Ensure data accuracy and completeness from all sources.

2. MIS Reporting

   • Prepare Daily Production Report (DPR), Rejection Report, and Dispatch Summary.

   • Share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with department heads.

3. Inventory & Dispatch Monitoring

   • Track FG inventory, daily dispatches, and pending orders.

   • Coordinate with the dispatch team for daily loading plans.

4. SCM Coordination

   • Assist in documenting GRNs, inward/outward material flow, and vendor follow-up reports.

5. Documentation & Filing

   • Maintain department-wise registers, documents, and logs (online or offline).

   • Ensure timely backup of all records and reports.

6. Basic Analysis

   • Highlight variances in production vs. plan, quality rejections, and delivery delays.
