Job Description

Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote our custom software development, web solutions, and IT consulting services to businesses across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and field visits.

  • Client Interaction: Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and CXOs to understand their digital transformation needs.

  • Product Pitching: Present and pitch IT/software solutions tailored to client requirements (CRM, ERP, Web/App Development, etc.).

  • Follow-Ups & Closures: Schedule demos, send proposals, and follow up to convert leads into active customers.

  • Market Research: Analyze competitor activity and customer needs to provide market feedback to the product and development teams.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams for demos, requirement gathering, and project scoping.

  • CRM Management: Maintain lead records, sales pipeline, and activity tracking.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

  • Confidence in handling corporate conversations and consultative selling.

  • Basic understanding of IT services/software development lifecycle.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.


Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of new qualified leads per month

  • Number of meetings/demos scheduled

  • Conversion ratio (Lead to Client)

  • Monthly sales value closed

  • Client retention and satisfaction feedback
