Manager Sales (HR Services & Recruitment)(BMC Job 347)

• Dentify and connect with large corporates, manufacturing firms, and MNCs to offer recruitment and HR consulting services.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

• Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and CHROs to present service offerings.

• Understand client hiring needs and pitch tailored recruitment solutions.

• Maintain and update the client database using CRM tools.

• Coordinate with internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly targets for leads, meetings, and client acquisition.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.

• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR industry is a plus.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Emailing).

• Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
