Executive - Quotation preparation - Okhla(BMC Job 371)

• Prepare and send quotations to customers in coordination with the sales team

• Follow up with clients and internal team members on quotations, orders, and deliveries

• Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documents

• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely dispatch/invoicing

• Monitor pending quotations and follow-up regularly to convert into orders

• Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining MIS

• Provide administrative support to the sales team

• Handle basic correspondence (email, phone) with clients and suppliers

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support or office executive roles

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Familiarity with quotation and order management processes is a plus
